Unser »Personal private Appartement« bietet mit seiner exponierten Lage auf ungefähr 400 Meter Höhe ein ganz besonderes Wohlfühlerlebnis. Es ist eingebettet in ein privates Umfeld und liegt auf unserem eigenen Grundstück. Somit sind wir als Ansprechpartner und Urlaubsberater schnell erreichbar.

Our »Personal private Appartement« offers a very special feel-good experience with its exposed location at an altitude of around 400 meters. It is embedded in a private environment and is located on our own property. This means that we are easily accessible as contact persons and vacation consultants.

Das »Personal private Appartement« bietet neben einem fantastischen Meerblick auch einen freien Blick auf die Nachbarinsel Gran Canaria, welcher durch das frei gestaltete Wohn- und Esszimmer zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis wird. Die Freifläche vor dem Appartement, welche sich in die Auffahrt zum Gebäude integriert, bietet eine herrliche Möglichkeit, unter der Sonne Teneriffas zu speisen, zu lesen, zu relaxen oder einfach nur die Ruhe zu genießen. In der Nacht ist die Milchstraße mit bloßem Auge zu bestaunen.

The »Personal private Appartement« offers a fantastic sea view as well as an unobstructed view of the neighboring island of Gran Canaria, which becomes a very special experience thanks to the open-plan living and dining room. The open space in front of the apartment, which is integrated into the driveway to the building, offers a wonderful opportunity to dine, read, relax or simply enjoy the peace and quiet under the Tenerife sun. At night, the Milky Way can be admired with the naked eye.

Our »Personal private Appartement« was completely renovated in 2025.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und unseren Gästen steht ein großer Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung. Selbstverständlich verfügt auch das Schlafzimmer über Tageslicht.

The bedroom is equipped with two single beds, and our guests have access to a large wardrobe. Of course, the bedroom also has natural light.

Das Bad verfügt über eine große Dusche mit ebenerdigem Zugang und Tageslicht. Auch hier wurde auf eine besondere Atmosphäre geachtet und die Ausstattung mit besonderer Detailtreue umgesetzt.

The bathroom features a large shower with walk-in access and natural light. Here, too, special attention was paid to creating a unique atmosphere, and the furnishings were chosen with great attention to detail.

Die Küche wurde in die bestehenden Besonderheiten integriert und so wurde in einen ehemaligen Grill ein Cerankochfeld eingebaut. Dies bereitet ein ganz besonders typisches kanarisches Ambiente. Selbstverständlich verfügt die offene Küche ebenfalls über Tageslicht und beinhaltet alles, was eine moderne Küche benötigt. Von der Kaffeemaschine über den Mikrowellenherd bis zum Toaster und Wasserkocher.

The kitchen was integrated into the existing features and a ceramic hob was installed in a former barbecue. This creates a particularly typical Canarian ambience. Of course, the open kitchen also has natural light and contains everything a modern kitchen needs. From the coffee machine and microwave to the toaster and kettle.

Der Essbereich bietet genügend Platz für gemütliche und stilvolle Abendessen, aber auch das Frühstück wird durch den freien Blick nach draußen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wenn gewünscht, kann das Essen auch direkt vor dem Eingang des »Personal private Appartement« eingenommen werden, unter der Sonne Teneriffas oder unter der Milchstraße.

The dining area offers enough space for cozy and stylish dinners, but breakfast also becomes a special experience thanks to the unobstructed view outside. If desired, meals can also be taken directly in front of the entrance to the »Personal private Appartement«, under the Tenerife sun or the Milky Way.

Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über zwei Ledersofas, welche genügend Platz zum Relaxen und Entspannen bieten. Natürlich verfügt der offene Wohnbereich über Satellitenfernsehen mit den wichtigsten deutschen Programminhalten. Internet ist selbstverständlich ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Eingang auf das Grundstück vorhanden. Da es sich um keine Hauptverbindungsstraße handelt, ist das Parken problemlos.

Das »Personal private Appartement« zeichnet sich nicht nur durch seine private Atmosphäre und dem ihn umgebenden privaten Gelände aus, sondern auch durch seine exponierte Lage oberhalb der Ostküste Teneriffas, welche im Valle de Güimar sanft ins Meer gleitet. Somit ist diese Gegend Teneriffas durch kleine, von touristischen Massen verschonten, Stränden und Dörfern bekannt. Durch die kulturell-historischen Besonderheiten (z.B. die Pyramiden von Güimar) und regionalen Spezialitäten wie beispielsweise Käse, Fisch und Wein ist das Valle de Güimar weit über die Grenzen hinaus bekannt. Ebenfalls führt eine beeindruckende Straße über Arafo direkt in den Esperanza-Wald und von dort in die Las Cañadas und zum Teide Nationalpark. Von dort aus führen weitere Straßen zu nahezu jedem Punkt auf der Insel.

The »Personal private Appartement« is distinguished not only by its private atmosphere and the private grounds surrounding it, but also by its exposed location above the east coast of Tenerife, which gently slopes down to the sea in the Valle de Güimar. This area of Tenerife is known for its small beaches and villages, which are spared from tourist crowds. Thanks to its cultural and historical features (e.g., the pyramids of Güimar) and regional specialties such as cheese, fish, and wine, the Valle de Güimar is known far beyond its borders. An impressive road also leads via Arafo directly into the Esperanza Forest and from there to Las Cañadas and Teide National Park. From there, other roads lead to almost every point on the island.

Besonders die Strände von Puntalarga (ca. 10 Minuten entfernt) bieten unseren Gästen ein ganz besonderes Flair. Sanfter Tourismus, gepflegte Strandatmosphäre und eine große Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants machen diesen Strandbesuch zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Schwarzer Sand, Lavasteine, Palmen und glasklares Wasser. Das Nichtvorhandensein von Hotelanlagen und Massentourismus erhebt diesen Landstrich zu einer Quelle der Erholung.

The beaches of Puntalarga (about 10 minutes away) offer our guests a very special atmosphere. Sustainable tourism, a well-kept beach atmosphere, and a wide selection of cafés and restaurants make a visit to this beach something truly special. Black sand, lava rocks, palm trees, and crystal-clear water. The absence of hotel complexes and mass tourism elevates this region to a source of relaxation.

Die Hauptstadt Santa Cruz und die Universitätsstadt La Laguna sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und eine sehr gute Straßenanbindung an die Autobahn oder die "alte Hauptstraße", die Carretera General del Sur machen einen Ausflug zu einem stressfreien Erlebnis.

The capital city of Santa Cruz and the university town of La Laguna are only a few minutes away by car, and excellent road connections to the motorway or the “old main road,” the Carretera General del Sur, make any trip a stress-free experience.

Die Anbindung an die beiden Flughäfen Süd (Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur Reina Sofía) und Nord (Aeropuerto de Tenerife Nord Los Rodeos) sowie an den Hafen von Santa Cruz machen unser »Personal private Appartement« zu einem zentralen Punkt in Verbindung zur Infrastruktur. Ebenfalls ist eine Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter vom Eingangstor entfernt. Der Bus fährt jede Stunde nach Candelaria und zu den Titsa-Autobahnexpress-Bussen.

The connection to both airports, South (Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur Reina Sofía) and North (Aeropuerto de Tenerife Nord Los Rodeos), as well as to the port of Santa Cruz, make our »Personal private Appartement« a central point in terms of infrastructure. There is also a bus stop just a few meters from the entrance gate. The bus runs every hour to Candelaria and to the Titsa motorway express buses.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden und teilweise auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Das naheliegende Dorf verfügt über einen kleinen Dorfladen (ca. 200 Meter zu Fuß), eine Apotheke, ein spanisches Gesundheitszentrum sowie zwei spanische Cafés auf dem Dorfplatz. Über die Autobahn oder die Carretera General del Sur gelangen Sie schnell und sehr problemlos in das Industriegebiet Güimar (keine Schwerindustrie, hauptsächlich Transportunternehmen). Dort finden Sie einen Hiperdino (hauptsächlich kanarische Produkte), einen Mercadona (hauptsächlich spanische Produkte) sowie einen Aldi und Lidl vorfinden. Ebenfalls sind Tankstellen sowie Kfz-Werkstätten vorzufinden.

There are also plenty of shopping opportunities, some of which are within walking distance. The nearby village has a small village shop (approx. 200 meters on foot), a pharmacy, a Spanish health center, and two Spanish cafés on the village square. Via the motorway or the Carretera General del Sur, you can quickly and easily reach the Güimar industrial area (no heavy industry, mainly transport companies). There you will find a Hiperdino (mainly Canarian products), a Mercadona (mainly Spanish products), as well as an Aldi and a Lidl. There are also gas stations and auto repair shops.

Der bekannte "weiße Strand" Playa de las Teresitas ist in nur zwanzig Fahrminuten erreichbar. Die Fahrt führt durch den Hafen von Santa Cruz, am Kreuzfahrtterminal vorbei in Richtung San Andres. Von dort wiederrum führt eine beeindruckende Bergstraße in die nahezu unberührte Natur des Mercedeswaldes und ins beeindruckende Anaga-Gebrige. Von diesem Bergkamm erreichen Sie über gut ausgebaute Straßen wieder die Universitätsstadt la Laguna. Der Blick über die Stadt und die Ebene bis zum Esperanza-Wald und zum Teide ist auf dieser Route sehr beeindruckend. Vom Anage-Gebirge haben Sie aber auch die Möglichkeit, die raue Küste von Taganana und den ursprünglichen und "touristenfreien" Playa de Benijo kennenzulernen.

The famous "white beach" Playa de las Teresitas is only a twenty-minute drive away. The journey takes you through the port of Santa Cruz, past the cruise terminal towards San Andres. From there, an impressive mountain road leads into the almost untouched nature of the Mercedes Forest and the impressive Anaga Mountains. From this mountain ridge, you can reach the university town of La Laguna again via well-maintained roads. The view over the city and the plain to the Esperanza Forest and Mount Teide is very impressive on this route. From the Anaga Mountains, you also have the opportunity to explore the rugged coastline of Taganana and the unspoiled and "tourist-free" Playa de Benijo.

Die Touristenstädte im Süden (Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Adeje etc.) sind über die Autobahn in ungefähr 50 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Touristenstadt Puerto de la Cruz im Norden erreichen Sie über die Autobahn in ungefähr 40 Minuten. Oberhalb ist auch die Stadt La Orotava mit ihren kanarischen Balkonen sowie den kulturellen Einrichtungen einen Ausflug wert. Der Drachenbaum von Icod de los vinos ist von Puerto de la Cruz nur ungefähr zehn Minuten entfernt. Dasselbe gilt für das Küstenstädtchen Garachico. Die etwas raue und ursprüngliche Landschaft von Los Silos und Buenavista del Norte mit seinem Golfplatz bildet das Ende der Insel in dieser Region.

The tourist towns in the south (Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Adeje, etc.) can be reached via the motorway in about 50 minutes. The tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz in the north can be reached via the motorway in about 40 minutes. Above it, the town of La Orotava with its Canarian balconies and cultural institutions is also worth a visit. The dragon tree of Icod de los Vinos is only about ten minutes away from Puerto de la Cruz. The same applies to the coastal town of Garachico. The somewhat rugged and unspoilt landscape of Los Silos and Buenavista del Norte with its golf course forms the end of the island in this region.

Von Buenavista del Norte aus führt eine weitere spektakuläre Straße in das Teno-Gebirge und auf die Hochebene nach Teno-Alto. Diese nahezu unberührte Hochebene ist für ihre Käsespezialitäten bekannt. Die Straße durch das Teno-Gebirge führt weiter nach Masca, dem wohl atemberaubendsten Bergdorf an der Steilküste von Los Gigantes. Von dort erreichen Sie das kleine Städtchen Santiago del Teide und haben die Möglichkeit, über El Tanque zurück nach Puerto de la Cruz zu fahren. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit, über Puerto de Santiago in die Touristengebiete des Südens und über die Autobahn zurück zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Eine besonders schöne Teilstrecke führt über Guía de Isora zum Teide-Nationalpark, vorbei am höchsten Berg Spaniens, dem Teide. Durch die Las Cañadas erstreckt sich auf dieser Route das Sonnenobservatorium von Izaña. Sie erreichen über Arafo wieder ihre Unterkunft.

From Buenavista del Norte, another spectacular road leads into the Teno Mountains and onto the plateau to Teno-Alto. This almost untouched plateau is known for its cheese specialties. The road through the Teno Mountains continues to Masca, probably the most breathtaking mountain village on the cliffs of Los Gigantes. From there, you can reach the small town of Santiago del Teide and have the option of driving back to Puerto de la Cruz via El Tanque. Alternatively, you can drive via Puerto de Santiago to the tourist areas in the south and take the highway back to your accommodation. A particularly beautiful section of the route leads via Guía de Isora to Teide National Park, past Spain's highest mountain, Mount Teide. The Izaña Solar Observatory stretches across Las Cañadas on this route. You will reach your accommodation again via Arafo.
